How to Shop online
Stage 1
Go to The Collection and click on the item you wish to view. You'll see more detailed information about this item, including pricing, sizing and purchasing.
We've tried to make it really easy to shop, so you can go to a detailed view of the previous or next product by clicking on the 
Previous Product and Next Product
links. Or, just click on The Collection link on the tool bar to go back to the full list of products.
Stage 2
Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, choose the correct size (there is a size guide below), then click the 
button. You can remove the item at any time from the Basket, which lists all the items in your shopping basket.
Stage 3
To confirm your selection, simply view your basket, then click "Checkout now".
Stage 4
You will automatically be sent to the PayPal/Chocolate payment site where you'll be asked for your PayPal account password or if you don't have a PayPal account you'll be asked for your basic details (such as name, address of delivery etc).
Stage 5
Fill in your details to complete your order. We advise you print out a copy of your order reference number and order details for your own records.

Should you prefer to pay by cheque or deposit the funds directly into the Chocolate bank account then please give our customer service team a call and they will talk you through the process.
We reserve the right to verify orders, and that credit details supplied are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid without question.
Gift Wrapping, Delivery and Postage
All our products come beautifully gift wrapped for FREE so it arrives as a special treat for you or a gift for a friend.
We aim to process and send your order the day after we receive it, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
Your signature will be required on delivery as we only send via registered post to guarantee delivery, therefore if you work in the day to save inconvenience we recommend you provide a work address.
Recordered and signed for delivery within the UK is charged at £4.95 per delivery address up to the value of £49.99. For orders over £50.00 delivery within the UK is charged at £7.00 and for orders over £100.99 delivery is charged at £15.00 (heavier weight - higher costs). Please allow 2-4 working days for your goods to arrive.
Express delivery within the UK is charged at £9.00 per delivery address. Orders placed before 4pm are guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. Please call our customer Service team to arrange express delivery prior to making your order to ensure the products are in stock - +44 (0)845 3924585.
All International post is charged at £15.00 per delivery address.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chocolate purchase, we therefore operate a no quibble returns policy. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the goods you purchase, here's what to do:
How do I return goods?
To return item(s), simply complete the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate on the back the reasons for the return. Send the returned item(s) to:
Chocolate, Unit 9, Stowmarket Road, Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8DR
Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed within 10 days of receipt. When you return goods, please obtain proof of postage from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
How do I exchange goods?
If you'd like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions given above (in the How do I return goods section) indicating that you would like an exchange on the back of the invoice you received with your parcel. No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size ( UK only). However, an exchange for colour or a different style will incur the standard postage cost (see postage and packaging details). We will however, re-package the goods in our gift box for free - a little extra treat!

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. However, please note that we are not responsible for returned postage.
Size Information
We offer three sizes in the female ranges (with the exception of the shrug which is one size only and the possum robe which only comes in small and medium). They are small, medium or large. In UK clothing these roughly translate into the following sizes:
Small - 8-10
Medium - 12-14
Large - 14-16
However there maybe small discrepancies in sizing between some of our styles due to the cut, texture and drape of the fabric. Please refer to the size guidelines below for your preferred set. Please note that our pyjamas are generally oversized to ensure maximum comfort and allow for a small degree of shrinkage after washing as is normal with clothing.
The photos should always be a good guide as to how the garment will fit; remembering that our model is a size 10 - 12 and she wore a size small in everything apart from the city stripe pink pants where she wore a medium .
Our male range is offered in medium or large.

How to measure
Chest:
Place a tape measure under the arms (over the shoulder blades) around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist:
Measure around the waist keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of the bottom, about 8.5" (20cm) below the natural waistline unless otherwise stated.
Thigh:
Measure around the fullest part of the thigh.
Leg Length:
In order to work out your correct outside leg measurement, measure the outside length to your heel.
Fabrics and Care
Modal Fabric:
Modal is currently called the new wonder fabric. This fabric combines the benefits of natural fibre with the fantastically soft feel of modern microforms. With similar properties to cotton and the luster of silk, it remains soft and lustrous after multiple washing. It's a strong fibre but requires gentle care to keep it looking good.
Care instructions: Gentle cool machine wash separately, do not soak or bleach, reduced spin, do not tumble dry, dry flat in shade, cool iron, do not dry-clean.
Rayon/Spandex Mix
You'll love the way this fabric feels and drapes over your body. It's static free so it falls luxuriously without clinging. It's fantastically soft and with a hint of spandex it springs back to its original shape - so no saggy bottoms or knees - perfect!
Care Instructions: Warm machine wash and if you want to minimise shrinkage you could hand wash in cold water. Now we know this isn't very practical and that's why when we've made garments out of this fabric we've been more than generous in the sizing (to cater for natural shrinkage). To keep this fabric looking great don't tumble dry and use only a cool iron. Dry Cleanable.
Possum Wool blend (40% cotton, 30% wool, 30% possum)
We've used the finest blend of possum wool, merino wool and a cotton mix to provide you with one of the softest fabrics to leave the shores of New Zealand . A superbly warm, ultra soft, lightweight and breathable material, the plush robe will keep you warm and cool in the summer.
Care Instructions: Turn inside out and use a warm delicate machine wash or wool cycle. Do not bleach. We recommend you dry flat in the shade. If you do want to tumble dry, then please do so with caution on a low temperature and prepare for some minimal shrinkage (2-3%).
Cotton Knit Mixes:
The finest, softest quality cotton interlock jersey knit is selected for use in our men's T-shirts. This cotton knit keeps the garment light & breathable yet warm and cosy.
Care instructions: We recommend a cold gentle machine wash and hang to dry in the shade. If you choose to tumble dry you will expect to get at least 4-5% shrinkage in length. Cool Iron and do not dry clean.
Cotton/Spandex Mixes - 95% Cotton/ 5% Spandex.
For the racing back singlets we've used the softest quality cotton rib knit with the finest spandex interwoven to give the fabric a comfortable fit with stretch where required.
Care instructions: Cool gentle machine wash with no bleaching agents. Drying in the tumble dry will be detrimental to the shape and content as this will shrink the fibres and reduce the life of the spandex. Please dry flat to maintain shape. Cool iron on the reverse side if required. Do not dry clean.
Linen / Rayon - 52% Linen and 48% Rayon
This Linen/Rayon blend is a delicious combination that allows your garments to drape and breathe and not crinkle any where near as much as 100% linen. One of favourite fabric blends. The rayon gives the linen an extra soft quality. However, this combination does have a slightly higher chance of shrinkage hence why we've been so generous in the leg length of the candy stripe pants.
Care instructions: We recommend a cold machine wash. Do not bleach. Iron's beautifully on a warm iron. To prolong the life of your garment, we suggest drying in the shade and drying without delay. This also preserves the brightness of colour. Do not tumble dry.

Competition and prize draws Terms and Conditions
These are the official terms and conditions for competitions and prize draws :
- Only the winner will be contacted personally by email and within 24 hours of the closing date.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Entrants must provide the entry details as specified
- Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity
- Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
- Entering implies acceptance of these rules.
- The prize winners will be selected at random by the Managing Director of Melon Wear (UK) Ltd, producers of the Chocolate brand. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
